HO SCALE: Lake Superior Railway & Navigation
This modern-day HO scale layout was done for member of the Micro/Small Model RR Layouts group and his Lake Superior Railway & Navigation layout which is based on GN, DM&IR, and SOO on Michigan's upper peninsula. The owner wanted a car float and lumber transfer warehouses included in the design. I also threw in a small grain elevator (which could be bigger)...

HOn30 SCALE: The Island of Misfit Trains

HO SCALE: Hamilton Feeds (Hamilton, MI)
This is a layout based on an actually prototype industry located in the small town of Hamilton, Michigan. It was Marshall Stull (owner of the Small Model Railroads website) that brought the site to my attention. He thought it would make a nice prototype based small layout, and wanted to see what I could do with it.

N SCALE: Lapeer Industrial RR (Lapeer, MI)
