HO SCALE: L-Shaped Modern Industry (ISL)

This was done as part of a challenge on the Micro/Small Model RR Layouts Facebook group to design a HO-scale layout to fit in a 6'x6' corner. For this attempt, I decide to go with a modern single industry. Although I didn't specify the type of industry depicted, it could easily work for a few types. The plan is self- contained, with a reasonable sized yard for the incoming traffic with mostly 50-foot cars. One or two small locos can be used, and the plant could be switched a few times per day. All the storage tanks and required piping, along with the modern muted colours with brighter accents would make this very visually appealing. However, weathering should be kept to a minimum since modern day complexes such as these are usually kept clean.
